The factory sequence

Six stages, one complete unit

Chassis

A coated steel chassis is set level and becomes the transportable foundation.

Floor

Insulated timber floor cassettes are fixed to the chassis, then covered with a structural deck.

Walls

Timber wall frames are assembled with insulation, interior boards and weatherproof exterior cladding.

Roof

Roof trusses, insulation and a weatherproof outer sheet close the shell.

05

Fit-out

Wiring, plumbing, heating, cabinetry, furniture and finishes are installed in sequence.

06

Testing

Gas, electrical, water and finish checks are completed before dispatch to the park.
